BUFT PAYMENT

(I-Banking)

Step -1: New User Registration

User can do registration with PBL account number or by PBL Card. For registration with account number, user select
registration with account number and put account number and register mobile number, system will verify customer
account number and mobile number from CBS and then send OTP to the customer. Customer get OTP from SMS/
Email and then put it in OTP screen. After OTP confirmation customer get a system generated user id. Within 72 hours
PBL customer care unit call to customer for verification and send temporary login PIN. Customer get PIN through
SMS/Email and then need to login with this PIN and customer must have to change this PIN with fist login and customer
can change user id as per customer choice for further login.

Step-2: Login

A User should be registered using account number

then click Internet Banking)
On starting any module, a user will find in the login
page, users will require to login with their own
username and password. Once you have logged in
successfully you will be taken to the main page
(Dashboard) of the module where most of the
operations of the system are carried out.

Step-3: Select Bills pay option from Dashboard

In Home page there will be Utility Bills Pay menu where user needs to select from menu list.

Step- 4 Module: Bills Pay: Sub- Module Name: BUFT

User needs to select “BUFT” option from the BILLS PAY dashboard page

Step -5: Sub- Module Name: BUFT (Payment Process)

User will get the payment page as below screen by selecting the BUFT icon.

It requires user to select PBL registered CASA account form the list and then needs to select BILL TYPE from menu list

Input Deposit ID number for UCAM, Payment ID for Admission & invoice no for OLD-SMS which was provided by BUFT.

User must provide the Student Name & Mobile No in the remarks field.

Then user needs to select OTP channel either SMS/EMAIL for sending transactional OTP to register pmoney mobile or
email.

Upon submitting next button a display screen shows for confirmation and next.

Upon clicking next button, the user will be returned with OTP input screen and need to input OTP and confirm OTP.

Step -6: Sub- Module Name: BUFT (Payment Confirmation Process)

When it is confirmed, a successful pop-up message will be shown with a reference number
/card number.

N.B: It will debit PBL customer account and credited BUFT Account real-time with detail narration. Payment
will be made real time at BUFT server.
