To be honest with you, from my previous work and I believe you have read my CV, I’ve worked for 2 law
firms which are Tarigan & Partners Law Firm and Assegaf Hamzah & Partners Law Firm. Working in a
law firm has no flexible hours. You may only sleep for 3 hours and then the next day another 3 hours
sleep again. And as a result I got sick very often, my acid reflux, my gerd relapsed, having severe
headache and felt dizzy most of the times. Considering that, working in Robert Walters i believe it will not
as much pressure as working in a law firm. And thus, that is the main reason I wanna switch career and I
believe I would fit working in Robert Walters, as the core values in Robert Walters fit me, like I said
before.
My responsibilities are finding new clients and handling client inquiries and also giving recommendations
for potential candidates on which vacant positions are suited the best based on their situation.
I believe in giving excellent services to all my clients, regardless of how much they invest in it because it’s
important to build trust in client relationships in order to have a long-term relationship.
I love how every day was a bit different because I got the chance to meet new people with different
characteristics.
Following the current trend, I tried to utilize social media such as linkedin to promote the vacant position
and hoping to get access to a new client pool. Initially, I tried to partner up with a financial product
influencer although the results were good, I still expect to get better outcomes.
I believe in giving excellent services to all my clients, regardless of how much they invest in it because it’s

Rejection is part of growth, with rejection I can reflect on what did i do wrong, should I change the strategy
towards other person,
I assess each potential candidates’ needs and develop a strategy for providing them with what I consider
to be the best options. If a potential candidate is trying to have a better positions, struggling to decide
which position is best for their situation, my objective is to give them choices.
Because I am independent and enjoy working quickly, it has been difficult for me to ask for help when I
need it. I have learned that it is much more beneficial both for me and the team to reach out when I do not
understand something or feel burned out with my workload.
I also understand that many of my colleagues around me have specific knowledge and skills that can
make my work better. While I am still working on it, I have been able to produce better outcomes as a
result of getting help from those around me.
“In five years, I would love to be an expert that other colleagues can come to for ideas, help and strategy.
I believe I will have amazing leaders and managers in Robert Walters, so I’d like to be able to provide
similar guidance, potentially taking on a leadership role. Finally, I’d like to have taken the lead on a project
I’m passionate about. I’m eager to combine my ambition with larger goals and I’m excited by the prospect
of getting more experience in that."
For starters, I have all the skills and although i have no experience in sales environment, but I'm confident
that I can make an impact to help the department. It's not just my background because this is a new role
for me. If chosen for this role, I will continue to deliver high-quality work for the continued success of the
company.
I would make sure the communication with the client was strong as I believe that good, positive
communication is important to building positive, long-term relationships with clients. I will slowly get to
know more about the client and what’s important to them. I will always maintain my professionalism but at
the same time I would try to establish a connection. If there is a connection, this can help to improve
relationships and communication.
Motivation?
I love to win! There’s nothing more satisfying than closing the deal with a happy client and potential
candidate. Along with that, I often compete with myself and try to do better than I’ve done before. Sure,
money is great, and it’s certainly a factor that helps to motivate me. However, it’s more about what I can
do to impact the bottom line, support the team and provide great solutions for our customers.
My question
What’s the most important thing I should accomplish in the first 90 days?
What are the biggest challenges that I might face in this position and also the most crucial skills that i
need to cope with this challenges?
Closing
I very much appreciate you taking the time with me this afternoon
