Volleyball is the author's favorite sport because it doesn't require much complexity and focuses on keeping the ball off the floor. Sport

My favourite sport is volleyball.It isn’t really complicated, the most important thing is to not
let the ball touch the floor.Of course, it has a lot of rules, for instance one person can only touch the
ball once, there musn’t be more that three touches in a team.This sport is very exciting for me
because the teammates have to pay a lot of attention to each other, but also on themselves because
everyone has their own work to do.

Some sports require it to have a specific diet.You have to maintain your weight in some sports.There
can be things you are not allowed to eat because it contains a lot of carbohidratefor example, but
mostly you just have to have a balanced diet.

A balanced died is a kidn of diet, where you eat everything, but it is balanced with the quantity of
the food and the excercises you do.Most sport people, and nowadays more and more people follow
a balanced diet.It is important for your body to eat enough of everything but we have to keep it
balanced with working out.If we want to loose weight, not eating and working out long hours every
day is not the solution.We have to look after our body and starving it is certanly not helping our
health.

I believe doing sports is one pf the most crucial things in our lives.Working out helps our mental and
physical help aswell. It relaxes our brain, we can release stress or anger by this.Also, if we work out
regularly, our body will stay fit.We have to pay attention the way we do excercises because we can
easily harm ourselves by doing these wrong.

I’ve tried a lot of kind of sports, like swimming, dancing, i did karate and gymnastics.I also played
volleyball until my surgery, but I couldn’t play since then.Now, I go to the gym four times a week and
try to have a balanced diet.I never liked competitions especially in gymnastics and swimming.They
were too stressful for me, so I’m happythat I’m free from it now.I haven’t tried any extreme sports,
but i want to try bungee jumping very much.Also, skydiving is one of my big dreams so I hope i can
try it out someday.

I haven’t tried any winter sports like skiing or snowboarding but I’d really want to.I think is
must be really fun to play sports in the snow.I’ve seen winter sports on the olimpics which is one of
the biggest sport competitions in the world.It is held every fourth year and it’s very hard to get into.I
always watch it on the TV but I think people can watch it online too.

In our school there are lots of activities that we can do after school like vollayball, basketball,
floorball, badminton and even chess if we count that as a sport. Also, there is a choir, and we can
even learn how to play a ukulele.

My example image is Katinka Hosszú.Although I don’t swm anymore, I started following her
journey when I did and I love her since.I look up to her because of her strength.It must be very hard
for her to keep up with the fans and haters, because both of these kind of people can be too
obsessed with the celebrity and that can have negative effects on their mental health.For example,
they can feel the need to always post something or share everything they do, and also they have no
privacy.
