INTRODUCTION:
Patrick: The Philippines is one of the most vulnerable countries in the world to climate change
and disaster, be it natural or man-made. Typhoons and storms, landslides, earthquakes, and
drought pose the greatest threats to the country which can inflict devastating effects on the
community and the economy.
Reina: Disasters and Hazards are inevitable. However, risks can be alleviated if the community,
as well as we the youth, will be more cautious and be properly oriented on what we can do in
times of crisis.
Both: To everyone here in attendance, we bid you a pleasant morning and welcome to
Earthquake Drill and Fire Prevention Awareness Program.
Patrick: To formally start with, may we have Princess Kate Brainie Bidey, a Grade 11 STEM
student to lead the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Claveria hymn, and CSAT hymn.
respectively After which, Sam Mendoza, a Grade 11 STEM student will lead us in prayer.

Reina: Now let us hear from Mr. Jimmy S. Balanay Master Teacher 1, School Based Disaster
Risk Reduction Management Coordinator for his welcome remarks. Let’s give him a round of
applause.
Patrick: Thank you sir for that warm welcome.
And now, may I call SFO3 (Senior Fire Officer 3) Sandro P. Battung to discuss Fire Prevention,
Safety Awareness, and Earthquake Drill? Sir!
Reina: We appreciate the time you took for this program, we are so grateful for the learning,
thoughts, and experiences you have shared with us, Sir.

Reina: At this point, may I request our School Administrator, Ma’am Dolly together with the
Department Heads, Ma’am Theng, Ma’am Cielo, Ma’am Malou, and Ma’am Tonet for the

CAREER GUIDANCE
INTRODUCTION
Patrick: Career guidance consists of services that help people successfully manage their career
development. Career development, an aspect of human development, is the process through
which an individual's work identity emerges. Although it will occur on its own as you mature,
you may benefit from getting assistance as you navigate through this process, which can be quite
confusing at times.
Reina: The career guidance program aims to guide secondary-level students in choosing career
tracks that they intend to pursue through informed career choices towards becoming productive
and contributing individuals as stated in RA 10533 otherwise known as the Basic Education Act
of 2013. Designed to help the learners in exploring their choices and in making responsible
decisions relevant to their career pathing.
Patrick: Once again good morning! We would like to extend a very warm welcome to all of you
for the second part of today’s program. We hope you will learn a lot today for we have lined-up
topics for this time which are fruitful and engaging for you.
PARADE OF PROFESSION
Let us keep all our eyes open for we are about to witness the Grand Parade of Professions,
requesting the kind indulgence of Sir Rocky to please facilitate, Sir Rocky, take it away…
Reina: Let us now witness the Grade 11 students as they slay the center stage in their
professional attire. Starting with the students from the

WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT
Patrick: At this juncture, may we listen to our dynamic School Principal Ma’am Dolores I.
Aguinaldo, Doctor of Philosophy, for her words of encouragement. Let us give a round of
applause.
Reina: Thank you so much ma’am for your wonderful message.
This time, may we listen to Ma’am Mercy Rona Salvador, Guidance Counsellor III for the
cascading of the Career Guidance Program. Ma’am!
