    WAIVER FORM

    Robinsons Land Corporation

    12th flr. Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha

    To whom it may concern:

    I/We would like to request for authorization to view the unit __________ of the project __________________________ located
    at ____________________________________

    in line with my/our intention to purchase a unit in the said project.

    With this request, we hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions indicated below.

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. I/We acknowledge that this request granted solely as an accommodation of my/our request to view the said unit,
    considering the condition of the unit.
    2. I/We understand that this request is a one-time accommodation of RLC and not a right on our part. I/We are fully
    aware that once the unit is reserved, I/we shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Reservation Agreement,
    Contract to Sell and Viewing and Move-in Guidelines which requires full payment prior to unit viewing and
    punchlisting.
    3. I/We acknowledge that my/our viewing of the unit is my/our free and voluntary act, and I/We claim full responsibility
    for such act.
    4. I/We acknowledge that I/we have been fully informed by RLC of all the risks and dangers present in the viewing of the
    said unit.
    5. I/We take full responsibility for any incident that may happen during the viewing and I/we bear all risks and
    consequences entailed by such viewing.
    6. I/We hereby waive all claims against RLC for any damage or injury to person or property that may arise or result from
    the viewing of the said unit.
    7. I/We shall abide by all the rules and regulation on the site. In the event that I/we violate any of the rules and
    regulations on the site or any of our undertaking herein, I/we can be immediately removed from the site.
    8. I/We acknowledge that this privilege may be revoked or modified at any time and for whatever reason as may be
    determined by RLC.

    Once this request is approved, I/we shall voluntarily, absolutely and irrevocably release RLC, its stockholders, officers,
    employees and representatives from any and all consequential liabilities and damages as a result of my/our viewing of the
    project/unit, and I/we shall hold myself/ourselves solely responsible for said liabilities or damages.

    Thank you very much for your utmost cooperation regarding this matter.
