    UNDERTAKING

    I hereby declare that I will adhere to all Rules and Regulations of HITEC Institutions, Taxila Cantt, and will also abide
    by all other rules when may be framed by the concerned authorities in future.I undertake that my son/daughter/ward attendance
    should be at least 85% in his/her class. I undertake that my son/daughter/ward will do nothing in or outside the School/College
    premises in contravention to the School/College discipline, and he/she will follow the decisions of the Principal/The College
    Council/Administrator, which I understand will be binding on me and my child. In case he/she is found guilty of indiscipline,
    defamation, disrespect to any member of the faculty, or of any subversive activity/violation of the laid down HITEC Rules,
    he/she will be expelled without any prior notice and that my son/daughter/ward or I shall have no right to challenge the
    decisions of the institution at any forum/court of law. I also undertake that in case of any observation of complaint I will discuss /
    address the Principal or Administrator whose advice will be adhered to and the matter will not be taken up with any
    person/agency outside HITEC.
