THE PROCESS

1. Pick a niche
2. Optimize profile
3. Create landing page
4. Add all pixels early on
a. FB
b. Google
c. LinkedIn
d. Adroll
5. Get Sales Navigator → Pull a list (1-2K+, 80% accuracy)
6. Pull list into Ulinc
7. Send messages below (make it your own)
8. Take emails and phone numbers and…
a. zap them into highlevel for an email sequence*
b. zap them into a custom audience on FB
9. If you get a phone number, call them.
10. Run ads to them on FB
11. Run retargeting ads to them on adroll.com, LinkedIn, GDN
12. Get them off the platform.

Connection Message:

Hi {{first_name}},

I'm connecting with you here on LinkedIn because we are getting a lot of
new appointments with qualified buyers and sellers, and I’m looking for a
realtor who can take on these appointments.

Awesome, I am contacting you here because we are getting a lot of new


appointments with qualified buyers and sellers, and I’m looking for a realtor
who can take on these appointments.

Reply “yes” with your best cell number if you can help me with these
appointments :)

Reply “no” if you want me to stop messaging.
