    We use the PRESENT SIMPLE to describe things / actions

     that are true in general ex : the sun rises in the East


     that happen regularly / are habitual ( habbits or routine )
    ex : I always get up at 6 on weekdays / I go jogging once a week
     That are permanent ex : This is John , my cousin , he lives in the States.
     That we like or don’t like ex : Brenda enjoys ice-skating but she hates playing tennis

    The PRESENT SIMPLE is used with

     ADVERBS OF FREQUENCY such as : ALWAYS /USUALLY / OFTEN / SOMETIMES/


    OCCASIONALLY / RARELY / HARDLY EVER / SELDOM / NEVER
     ADVERBS OF TIME such as : Every day, every week/end, once a day/month… twice a
    day/year…, three times a week/month… In the morning/evening/afternoon ,
    On Sundays/Mondays etc… At weekends/at Christmas/at Easter/In spring/summer
    etc
