During the inves�ga�on phase, our team iden�fied both challenges and opportuni�es within ZalaTech's
opera�ons. These insights serve as cri�cal triggers for poten�al informa�on system development.

Challenges Faced:

• Scou�ng for a Suitable Partner: Ini�ally, your team encountered difficul�es in iden�fying a
suitable company to collaborate with for the assignment. The companies you approached had
small teams that were unable to fulfill the requirements. This challenge highlighted the
importance of finding a partner with the necessary resources and exper�se.

Opportuni�es Discovered:

• Poten�al for Process Op�miza�on: Through our interac�ons with ZalaTech, we discovered
opportuni�es to op�mize their exis�ng processes. This include streamlining project

Based on our inves�ga�on, our team has iden�fied poten�al solu�ons to address the challenges and

Given the challenge of finding a suitable partner, one proposed solu�on is to establish stronger

system.

and tracking to ensure �mely and successful project comple�on.
