The following are the list of files to be kept ready in the department for NAAC committee visit

1. Minutes of BOS Meetings


2. Counseling Registers
3. Minutes of Department staff meetings
4. Minutes of departmental level committee meetings of any
5. Copy of curriculum & syllabus (Autonomous batch)
6. Professional society activities, events, conferences organized etc.
7. List of R & D and consultancy projects along with approvals and project completion reports
8. List and proofs of faculty interaction with outside world
9. List of classrooms, faculty rooms,
10. List of program specific labs & computing facility within the department.
11. List of non-teaching staff with their appointment letters etc.
12. List of short-term courses, workshops arranged and course-modules developed
13. List of students' papers along with hard-copies of the publications; professional society
14. Publications/ magazines etc.
15. Details of Students Scholarships in last three years.
16. Details of Students Achievements like University Ranks I GA1E I GRE I TOEFL I TELTS I CAT I Civil Services etc.
17. Sample best and average project reports/theses.
18. Details of faculty student ratio.
19. Faculty details with their salary details, sample appointment letters, pron1otion and award letters/certificates.
20. Faculty list with designation, qualification, joining date, publication, R & D, interaction details.
21. List of faculty publications along with DOIs and publication/citation /SNIP/SJR/h-Index /Impact factor details.
22. Records of new program specific facility created, if any.
23. PEO/Course objectives and Outcomes.
24. Known gaps in the curriculum vis-a-vis PEOs and Outcomes.
25. List of contents beyond syllabi and schedule in academic calendar, if any.
26. Course files, plan of course delivery, question papers, assignments, list of experiments etc.
27. List of labs.
28. Academic calendar, schedule of tutorial and makeup classes.
29. Course handouts/files along with PEOs; list of additional topics to meet PEOs and outcomes.
30. Set of question papers, assignments, evaluation schemes etc.
31. Midterm & Course End Feedback proforma, analysis and correlative actions.
32. Documented feedback received from the stake-holders (e.g., Industries, Parents, Alumni, Financiers, etc.) of the
college/institute.
33. NBA accreditation reports of the past visits, if any.
34. Department budget and allocations of the past 3 years.
35. Admission -seats filled and ranks (3y data).
36. List/Number of students who clear the programing 4y (3y data).
37. Av. Grade point (CGPA) (3y data of students COPA/percentage).
38. Details of Training activities conducted/attended during the last three years.
39. Details of Placements during the last three years.
40. Alumni Information.
