Bellboy: Good morning, ma’am. Welcome to Chains Hotel. May I carry your luggage, please? I will lead
you to the receptionist area.
Guest: Good morning. I already had my reservation in your hotel. Where can I check-in today?
Receptionist: Let’s go to the front desk area ma’am. The front desk clerk will answer your inquiries.
Please, come after me.
Guest: Okay.
Receptionist: You are now here at the front desk area ma’am. You can ask the clerk right away.
Front Desk Clerk: Good morning, ma’am. Is there something I can do for you?
Guest: Yes please. I already had a reservation here in your hotel and today is my check-in schedule.
Front Desk Clerk: Alright ma’am. Please, allow me to look at your reservation first.
Front Desk Clerk: Based on your reservation ma’am. You took a one studio room with a one single bed
that is located at the seashore and your room number is 203. Am I correct, ma’am?
Front Desk Clerk: Alright ma’am. Would you kindly fill-up this form for your current balance.
Front Desk Clerk: Thank you, here is your room key card.
Front Desk Clerk: By the way ma’am, would you like to avail our membership club?
Guest: Okay.
Bellboy: This is your room, ma’am. Number 203. Just wait for a moment, I will open the door first.
(The bellboy will knock and open the door, will enter the room, turn on the light and open the curtain)
Bellboy: Ma’am (name) kindly allow me to explain about the facility and its amenities.
Bellboy: Ma’am (name) firstly, this is room has its own free wi-fi. You can access our strong internet
connection where you also can use the television if you love watching Netflix or other channels.
Furthermore, this is the telephone. If you want to make an international call, just dial the number 001
then the recipient’s number and if you want to call for room service, just dial 002. You can also dial 003
for front desk and 004 for housekeeping service. Next, this is the wardrobe. You can keep your clothes
and other personal stuffs here. Additionally, this is the air conditioner. You can adjust the temperature
whenever you like by using this remote control. Lastly, this is the bathroom and has a free shampoo and
conditioner. While, you also can adjust the shower into hot or cold water by pressing the button. All
right, ma’am. Do you have any questions?
Guest: I guess, that was clear enough. I don’t have anything to ask. Thank you so much.
Bellboy: You are welcome, ma’am. May I take the luggage tag?
Bellboy: Thank you ma’am. I hope you’ll enjoy your time. Have a nice stay.
Front Desk Clerk: Good afternoon, this is (name) from front desk area speaking. May I know how can I
assist you ma’am or sir?
Guest: Good afternoon, I would like to check – out today. Could you call your bellboy to help me carry
my luggage?
Front Desk Clerk: Alright, ma’am. May I know your room number, please?
Front Desk Clerk: Please wait for a moment, ma’am. I will just call our bellboy to come to your room,
immediately.
(Front desk clerk will ring the bell three times to call the bellboy)
Front Desk Clerk: Excuse me, Mr. (name). Please come to room number 203 to pick up the guest
luggage.
Bellboy: Yes, I will go to room number 203. Thank you for your information.
(The bellboy arrived in front of the doors’ guest room and knock three times)
Bellboy: Excuse me, Ma’am. Would you like to check – out now?
Bellboy: All right, ma’am. Have you finished preparing all of your luggage?
Bellboy: May I check it again, ma’am? I just want to make sure that there are no personal stuffs left
behind.
Bellboy: All right ma’am, everything is clear. May I carry your luggage?
Guest: Okay.
Bellboy: All right, ma’am (name) we are arrived at the lobby. You can now check – out in the front desk
area.
Bellboy: You are welcome, ma’am. I’ll just wait for you here to help you put your luggage in the parking
lot.
Guest: Okay.
Front Desk Clerk: Good afternoon, ma’am (name). How can I assist you?
Front Desk Clerk: Okay ma’am. May I know what your room number, please?
Front Desk Clerk: Okay ma’am. So, you are Ms. (name) and you have stayed within 1 week since May
15th. Is that correct, ma’am?
Front Desk Clerk: All right, ma’am. Please wait for a moment, I would like to check your bill.
Front Desk Clerk: May I know about your payment process, ma’am?
Guest: I will pay by credit card. By the way, what kind of card do you accept in your hotel?
Front Desk Clerk: We will accept 3 kinds of credit cards such as PAY MAYA, BDO and G CASH. May I
know what kind of credit card will you use to pay?
Front Desk Clerk: All right, ma’am. Could I borrow your credit card, please? To complete your payment?
Front Desk Clerk: Please enter your card pin number here, ma’am.

Guest: Yes.
Bellboy: All right ma’am (name). Please, follow me to the parking lot.
Receptionist: Good afternoon, ma’am. Is there something I can do for your check – out? Would like me
to grab you a taxi?
Receptionist: All right ma’am. Let the bellboy assist you instead.
Guest: Okay.
Receptionist: Okay, ma’am. Thank your for staying in our hotel. Have a safe travel.
Guest: Thank you so much for helping me. Here’s your tip.
Bellboy: Thank you ma’am. I hope I’m going to see you next time in our hotel
