How it works
Juxly is a launched app from TouchWorks that creates a new Enhanced Note in the EHR (found
in Chart Viewer) and creates a new Diagnosis in EHR (see Diagnosis tab).
There must be an open encounter in context for launch to be successful.
Allscripts responsibilities
• Create the EHR username.
• Add launcher button to EHR; a SQL script is provided for this on Allscripts SharePoint.
• Create the enhanced note with the provided SQL, also found on SharePoint
• Endpoint URL for practice/clinic for Ubiquity and unique Client ID for connectivity.
Vendor responsibilities
• Configure the endpoint URL and Ubiquity ID for this practice on their backend.
• Create the Enhanced Note with the provided SQL, also found on SharePoint
• Train clients on the use of their system.

Vendor needs
• Endpoint URL and Ubiquity ID of the practice or organization.
• EHR username. Allscripts will supply EHR username. Vendor will use for tracking and
debugging of activity.
• Test patient. This should be supplied by client to test connectivity.

Instructions

This is an authorized provider with physician-level privileges in EHR. NPI number must be 10
digits in length, and the mnemonic must begin with a letter.
You can copy an existing provider like twprovider.
1. Log into TouchWorks as an administrator and select TW Admin.
2. Click TWUser Admin.
3. In Search, select User Name.
4. Search for twprovider.
5. Click Copy.
6. Enter the following under User Details:

5. Complete each section, and then click Save.
This is a trigger to save the diagnosis back to TouchWorks on the Diagnosis tab.

ChartViewer also has changes. Closing Vault is required for the enhanced note to be created in
TouchWorks.
