1.

Introduction
The new system 'MEXX (SEWN) Ordering System' is an Internet shop for MEXX co-makers. They can purchase trimming products for orders from MEXX SEWN system from Yokohama Labels & Printing (HK) Co. Ltd. The purpose of this document is to help MEXX co-makers to place orders through this web system.

Log In
Step 1, open a browser (Internet Explorer 6.0 or above is preferred). Step 2, key in the address of this system - http://www.mexxtagorder.com/mexxsewn and press <Enter>.

Step 3, input Login ID and Password and press <GO>

Step 4, after successfully login, you can see the Welcome Page. In Welcome page you can see the number of unconfirmed orders and the latest news from our system.

The menu (the left panel with blue color) shows the user accessible functions in our system.

Make First Order

Step 2, the 'MEXX Order Search - First Order' page will be shown. You can input the Style Number and/or the SO Number and click 'Search' to perform a search on MEXX Order. You can use '%' as search wild card character. For example, if you want to search an order with style number starts with "XT", you can put "XT%" in the Style Number input field. In the MEXX Order system, "%" is for searching ALL.

Step 3, the matched orders will be listed at the bottom of the page, move your mouse over the order that you want to select and click on it.

Step 4, after clicked on an order, the order detail will be display.

Step 5, you can update the order quantities of Hang Tag, Prepack Sticker and Carton Sticker (in number of Box). Hang Tag order quantity will be automatically applied to Price Tag and Polybag Sticker if they are needed.

Select option After completion of data input, you can select these options to proceed to next step. Action Description Another Order Complete Order Cancel Save the order and start to place another order. Save the order and go to Order Confirmation page. Go to the pervious page.

After clicking 'Another Order', system will go back to 'Mexx Order Search - First Order:' page with our Order Reference Number of the newly created order.

Make Repeat Order

Step 2, the 'MEXX Order Search - Repeat Order' page will be shown. You can input the Style Number and/or the SO Number and click 'Search' to perform a search on MEXX Order. You can use '%' as search wild card character. For example, if you want to search an order with style number starts with "XT", you can put "XT%" in the Style Number input field. In the MEXX Order system, "%" is for searching ALL.

Step 5, you can input any order quantities (Ord. QTY) of Hang Tag, Price Tag, Polybag Sticker, Prepack Sticker and Carton Sticker (if un-issued Carton exist) individually.

Select option After completion of data input, you can select these options to proceed to next step. Action Description Another Order Complete Order Cancel Save the order and go back 'MEXX Order Search - Repeat Order' page with the order refer number of newly created order. Save the order and go to 'Order Confirmation' page. Go to the pervious page.

After clicking 'Another Order', system will go back to 'Mexx Order Search - Repeat Order:' page with our Order Reference Number of the newly created order.

Make Sample Order

Step 2, select order products and input the order units.

After completion of data input, you can select these options to proceed to next step. Action Description Complete Order Cancel Save the order and go to Order Confirmation page. Back to the pervious page.

Order Confirmation
Step 1, click on 'Saved Order' in menu.

Step 2, or click on 'Complete' button during making orders. System will go to 'Order Confirmation -: Shipment Confirmation' page.

Step 3, select at least one order by checking the square box on the right side of the order. Step 4, select a contact profile and input shipment specific data. This information includes Ship to Region, Shipping Method, Shipping Remark and Expected ETD Date (if needed).

Step 5, remember to input the Billing email address correctly, a confirmation letter will be sent to this email address. Step 6, expected delivery date cannot be earlier than today. Step 7, please remind that, for each order confirmation only ONE type of orders (First Order, Repeat Order and Sample Order).

Select options After completion of data input, you can select these options to proceed to next step. Action Description Submit Clear To Main Submit and confirm selected orders to our system. Clear input data. Exit and go to Welcome page.

Step 8, After system receives and processes the submitted information. A Proforma Invoice page is shown the order products, price, order quantities and shipment information.

Step 9, go to the bottom of the page, you can see these options.

Order Enquiry
Step 1, click on 'Order Enquiry' in menu.

Step 2, 'Order Enquiry:' page is shown.

Step 3, you should input any search criteria (e.g. style number, SO number, lot number, etc). If you want to search for MEXX SO too, please check the 'Include MEXX SO' box. Then, press the 'Search' button. Step 4, the page will be refresh and all matched orders are shown at the bottom of the page. Move your mouse over the order that you want to select and click on it.

Step 5, 'Yokohama Order Maintenance' page is shown, you can check the details of this order.

Step 6, if the order status is 'Saved', you can see a button 'Void' at the bottom of the page. You can click it to cancel this order or 'Cancel' button to back to previous page. If the order has been confirmed, the only way to cancel the order is to submit the cancel request to our CS staff. After voiding a first order, the order will be opened for making First Order.
