 STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE

On November 1, 2023, the Rochester Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal

her breasts. The online conversation between the defendant and the UC Detective continued into
November 2, 2023. The stated age of the UC Detective (13 years old) was provided multiple times during
the online communication.

While the defendant engaged in online communication with the UC Detective, the defendant initiated
