Power Bi license refference Document

Pro-Power bi Pro
PPU- Premium per user license
Premium License- PPC – Premium Per Capacity

1) How many end users wanted to use these reports?

Based on this we can decide which license we need bcoz ,if we publish reports with pro / ppu
the report users also need to have the same license, if the premium capacity then users don’t
need any license to view Reports/Dashboards?

*Note: Even though we buy premium license still have to buy Power BI Pro license for
developers/creators with the Premium service. The only advantage with Power BI premium
you can publish apps for Free users to see the Power BI Apps. Also, you can use Power BI
Embedded and Power Report Server (On prem) if you want.

XMLA endpoint enablement for OLS with Power BI Premium

TOM is an extension of the Analysis Management Object client library. This
exposes all the underlying meta-data like models, tables, and columns on which
restriction can be enabled.
OLS->Object-level security provides masking of sensitive column fields and their metadata.
This method can hide tables and columns. These tables and fields cannot be viewed even
when you make use of Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools like Power BI. The user can
also not access these fields even while using DAX to reference them in any calculation or
creation of calculated fields. It is completely non-existent to other users.

Deployment pipelines enable creators to develop and test Power BI content in the
Power BI service, before the content is consumed by users. The content types include
reports, paginated reports, dashboards, datasets and dataflows.

The deployment process lets you clone content from one stage in the deployment
pipeline to another, typically from development to test, and from test to production.

During deployment, Power BI copies the content from the current stage, into the target
one. The connections between the copied items are kept during the copy process.
Power BI also applies the configured deployment rules to the updated content in the
target stage. Deploying content may take a while, depending on the number of items
being deployed. During this time, you can navigate to other pages in the Power BI
portal, but you can't use the content in the target stage.
