Explanation
An employer may not terminate the contract without an award, advance notice or
indemnity except in the following cases (80) , gave chance to worker to state his
reasons for objecting to the termination:
Upon the end of the work relation. Half-month wage for first 5 years and One-month
wage greater then 5 years. Calculation on the basis of the last wage drawn.
If worker resign from the work. A) 1/3 of wage not < 2 Years not > 5 Years. B) 2/3 of
wage >5 Years < 10 Years. C) More than 10 Years full wage of a month.
As an exception to the provisions of Article (75) of this Law, the worker shall be entitled
to the full award if he leaves the work due to a force majeure beyond his control.
If Conract end, settle ESB within 1 week after end date. If worker end the contract then
settle ESB within 2 weeks of end date.
