Poblacion Dingle, Mr. X waylaid and stabbed Mr. Y several times, resulting in his death. A witness, Mr. Z, saw the suspect stab the victim without provocation. FACTS OF THE CASE:


On May 22, 2020 at about 11:00 PM at Brgy. Poblacion Dingle, Iloilo. while Mr Y
hurriedly walking going home because of typhoon Ugat, Mr X waylaid the victim, Mr Y
and then stabbed several times that resulted to his instantaneous death of victim.
According to Mr Z (witness), while also going home, he saw the suspect arm of knife
and stabbed the victim immediately without any argumentation. Further alleged by the
witness that the suspect and victim had old grudge.

DISPOSITION : For record as requested.
