Introduce an interactive learning tool or platform, such as an educational app or a


website. Allow students to explore and interact with the tool on their devices. In
small groups, ask students to come up with a list of ways the tool can help them
learn history more effectively.

Discussion (10 minutes): Bring the class back together and ask each group to share
their findings. Discuss the advantages and potential disadvantages of using
educational technology. Emphasize the importance of using technology as a
cognitive tool to enhance learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

 What is the importance of educational technology ?

Because It gives positive emphasis to the development of the latest methods for
effective education. Educational technology makes the teaching process scientific,
objective, clear, simple, easy, interesting, and effective. Educational technology
gives proper guidance to solve teaching problems.

 How does educational technology impact in your life as a student ?

Technology has a positive impact on student learning by facilitating and enhancing


the learning process. Increased interactivity, engagement, and collaboration are
some of the ways technology has improved education. Technology also helps
students retain more information and creates a more engaging learning
environment.
H.GENERALIZATION

-> Summarize the key points discussed during the lesson. Encourage students
to continue exploring educational technology as a tool for learning. Assign a short
homework task to research and write a paragraph on a historical event using online
resources.

IV. EVALUATION

-> Evaluate student participation in the discussion. Review the homework


assignments to assess their ability to use educational technology effectively for
learning.
