    Welcome to Wadhwani : NextGen Platform Onboarding Process

    Note 1:

    Details / screenshots shared in this document is been created out of a Demo Batch for helping you understand start to finish processes and steps you would
    be required to follow to complete your registeration process on our learning platform .

    Details shared in this document are NOT RELEVANT to your batch registration : such as OTP / Cohort Code / Cohort Name etc….

    So you are requested not to copy any details from this document to get yourself registered , which may land you to a WRONG BATCH REGISTRATION.

    You are requested to just refer this document to unerstand which all steps you may come across while doing your self registration and which all details are
    requested to feed respectively in every page to help yourself get successfully registered on our platform.

    Note 2:

    Details regarding your registration will be sent to your registered email id with us.

    You may follow Steps 1, 2 & 3 in your email invite for URL, OTP & Cohort Code received on your email id only.
    Step 1 : Receiving Invite Mail from Wadhwani NEN on your registered email id.
    Step 2 : Click on URL mentioned under step 1 from your invite mail
    Step 3 : Mention your email id on which you have received the email and copy the OTP as given under step 2 from your email invite
    Step 4 : Set your own password and confirm below
    Step 5 : Enter your personal details & type/select +91 as country code for India before mobile # and type/select city name from drop down list
    Step 6 : Enter your cohort code mentioned under step 3 from your invite email
    Step 7 : You will see this kind of page which confirms your successful registration to our learning platform – NextGen

    Note : Venture Creation has to be initiated by Team Head Only by clicking the option “Create Venture” shared in screenshot below and members to be
    added as per further steps shared in below screenshots to avoid creation of Duplicate Ventures by same start-up members.
    Step 8 : Venture Head after clicking on “Create Venture” will see these options to fill as shown below:

    Such as : Upload logo, Update Start up name, Select Industry type, Add description about your start-up, update website & select city name
    Step 9 : Once you create your venture, you will be able to see these kind of details in your venture and you will have option to upload your video URL as
    well as option to “ADD MEMBER” below venture heads name.

    Step 10 : You will be able to see your co-founders /members name in the list and add them only once they too register on our platform.
    Step 11 : You will be able to see milestone submission options in your venture, which will show date & time to submit once it would be released by your
    facilitator after completing respective weeks topics which will be shown to you in your 1 st concept session.
    Step 12 : Your week-wise learning materials are available under “Weekly Planner” and your Cohort Participants & Ventures details will be available under
    “My Cohort”
