Salve: Ladies and gentlemen, good morning.

As we gather here today for this meaningful


event, I kindly request everyone to please rise for a moment of prayer.

**Pause for a moment of prayer**

Larz: Kindly remain standing for the singing of the Philippine national anthem.

**Pause for a moment**

Larz: You may take your seats.

Salve: Once again,

Both: Good morning!

Salve: I surely hope that everyone had their breakfasts for this morning as I can see a lot of
participants today.

Larz: I agree, partner. We've worked diligently to prepare for this event, and now, as we
stand before you, it's time to unveil our collective efforts and bring this long-awaited
gathering to life.

Salve: We would like to acknowledge the presence of our Guest Speakers: Mr. Karlou C.
Medina and Mr. Harvie B. Hernandez, RPm

Larz: I am honored to stand before you as one of your hosts for today's symposium

I am Jose Larz Sotto.

Salve: and I am Salve Valerie Santiañez, and together, let's embark on a journey to break
the stigma surrounding mental health
Larz: It's a pleasure to guide you through this journey of exploration and learning.

Salve: Today's gathering is a testament to the importance of mental health in our lives with
our theme,

Both: 'AdvocaPsych: Promoting Mental Health Awareness,'

Salve: is a call to action, a rallying cry for us to advocate, support, and bring awareness to
the crucial topic of mental well-being.

Larz: This theme encapsulates our shared commitment to make a positive change, break
stigmas, and prioritize mental health in our communities.

Salve: The person will be joining us here on stage is a Registered psychometrician,

Larz: Master of Arts in Guidance and counseling

Salve: A registered guidance counselor, a licensed professional teacher and an instructor


here in Southern Bicol Colleges. His insights and perspective will undoubtedly set the tone
for our event. Let’s give a round of applause to Mr. Jireh M. Cari-at!

**After the Opening remarks**

Larz: Thank you so much Mr. Cari-at for those insightful and inspiring opening remarks.

Salve: Alright! Our participants sure had been waiting for this activity right Larz?
Larz: That includes me too!

Salve: for a quick Ice breaker, may we call on the facilitators Lorenzo B. Esmeralda and …

Larz: That was intense partner! I hope everyone had a good time…

Salve: I know right!...

Salve: Okay, now that we are energized and ready to proceed to the next part of the
programme, let me call on Kathlyn P. Briones for the introduction of the 1st soeaker.

***After sir KC’s message**

Larz: Kudos to.Mr. Karlou C. Medina for an inspiring speech. AB Psych III says “We missed
you sir KC!”

Salve: Now let’s come close to the Awarding of Certificate, may we request Sir Jireh Cari-at,
Ma’am Renee Josephine Havana and Kathlyn Briones to come up here on stage for the
handling of certificate and picture taking.

Larz: Let's carry the wisdom shared by sir. KC as we move on to the next session.

Salve: Eto din ang inaabangan ng ating mga participants partner, She is one of the best
talents here in Souther Bicol Colleges, You do remember the song she sang last
acquaintance party that sent butterflies in our stomach right Larz?
Larz: Of course! Syempre we had a wholesome moment back then but for today, she will be
performing here own composition. A singer-songwriter of Handom Circle, a member of SBC
Idols and eto pa partner, she had been guest in several local radio stations like MOR.

Both: Let’s give it up for Gressa!

Salve: Incredibly captivating! Thank you for that outstanding performance Gressa!

Larz: For the Introduction of the 2nd speaker, may I call on Ms. Renee Josephine Havana. To
please come up here on stage.

**After Ms. Hernandez speech**

Larz: Again, may we request, Sir Jireh Cari-at, Ma’am Renee Josephine Havana and Kathlyn
Briones for the handling of certificate and picture taking.

Salve: Thank you, Ms. Hernandez, for that thought-provoking speech. Your insights and
passion are truly inspiring. This is a perfect reminder of why we gather at events like these,
to gain knowledge, share ideas, and work together toward positive change.

Larz: Still hanging on another performance?

Salve: Mga talented talaga ang mga Psychology students! Our next performer is also a
member of SBC Idols, but along with that she brought company with us today.. Let’s give a
round of applause to Jeal Capangpangan and Augment!

Larz: Wow! I hope everyone is thrilled with Jeal’s performance as much as I do!

Thank you so much Jeal and Augment!


Salve: As we near the end of our symposium, it's time for us to reflect on the insights,
discussions, and connections we've made throughout this event. Our closing remarks serve
as the final chapter of a day filled with learning and inspiration. To guide us through this
conclusion, may we please have Ma’am. Renee Josephine Havana, who will share some
final thoughts and reflections with us.
