not boring. When the teacher’s voice is small and weak however, the atmosphere soft
making the student feel sleepy.

2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?

 The teacher is the authority inside the classroom thus giving her the power to implement
rules and regulations. The way the teacher acts and implements the rules and regulations,
and the way she gives rewards and punishments affect how the students follow their rules
and regulations.
3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?
 To provide the necessary elements in achieving a conductive classroom environment for the
students. A comfortable learning space will motivate the student to learn as it gives them
their needs, protection, and comfort in their overall learning pursuit and experience.

REFLECT
Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.
1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.
"No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom
management."
 You can't build a beautiful house even if you have all the equipment and tools if you have
no skill to build one. Just like in the classroom, a plan is necessary to execute good
instructions but if you don’t have the will, the patience, and the tenacity to engage with the
student you are in control of their behaviors and actions. You will just have a class that is
unorganized and doesn’t produce substantial learning. Learning is a systematic approach,
which is why classroom management is necessary for the students to absorb their learning
promptly and progressively with minimized distractions and structure to their overall
learning experience.

3. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?

 To ensure an effective classroom, I will engage my students in formulating and implementing the
classroom rules and regulations. this will ensure that they will surely follow the set guidelines for
them because they helped in creating them and agreed with them. I will also serve as their role
model not just as an authority that commands.

classroom management because the teacher understands that by implementing them, she’s
not just doing her job as a teacher but also helping them to become disciplined and be a
better person.
2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have
been used instead? Explain.

 All strategies had been employed

REFLECT
As a future teacher, reflect on the observations then answer the given question.
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types
of learners?

In today's diverse educational landscape, where students come from various backgrounds and possess
unique learning styles, employing effective classroom management strategies has become increasingly
important. Educators should adapt to respond to the needs of diverse learners. By creating an inclusive
and conducive learning environment, teachers can foster student engagement, promote academic
success, and enhance the overall educational experience.

A supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment can be created by using effective approaches
to classroom management to address the needs of diverse students. Teachers can encourage academic
success and enable students from various backgrounds to realize their full potential by valuing individual
differences, establishing a positive learning environment, differentiating instruction, providing
individualized support, encouraging collaboration, and participating in ongoing professional
development. Teachers can establish a learning environment that acknowledges diversity and equips
students for a globalized society by making a concerted effort to meet the needs of diverse learners. 10
