I. INTRODUCTION

Dynamite is a product composed of lumpia wrapper filled with Ham, cheese and the

spicy siling labuyo while smores is a product that melts in your mouth that is made from chili,

hotdog and cheese. We proposed this food business venture since what we have observed,

there were lots of students from the past months who bought these kinds of products because

of their interest or cravings. In fact these products are affordable and swak sa budget.

A version of the popular Filipino deep-fried egg rolls. This version is distinguished by the

use of stuffed long green chilies. The concept is similar to that of a chili relleno, but the

stuffed chili peppers are wrapped in lumpia wrappers and deep-fried until golden brown and

crispy. It is a type of lumpia and is commonly eaten as an appetizer or as a companion to beer.

Some of the rolls are known as "Dynamite Cheese Stick," while others are known as

"Dynamite Lumpia." Sometimes it amazes us why some of those green chilies are not spicy

and taste like bell peppers. And about the meat used in making the stuffing, you can either

choose between ground pork or ground beef, whichever is more affordable and practical for

you. You can also use canned corned tuna or ground chicken instead of the meat, or just plain

cheese sticks if you want a quick and simple dynamite lumpia. A good alternative to ground

pork and ground chicken It has less fat and a good amount of protein. Hanarohio’s Dynamite

Lumpia product is a kind of finger food that has green chili that contains antioxidants, which

protect the body against free radicals and lower the possibility of cancer, and also has cheese.

It's a good thing some green chilies aren’t too spicy. People who are not into spicy food can

actually tolerate this. And this is the best food to eat while lying on your couch watching

television or when you want to kill time.

Background and History

Dinamita (also known simply as dynamite) is a deep-fried Filipino snack

consisting of stuffed siling haba (long green chili peppers) wrapped in a thin egg crêpe.

The name for the dish literally means "dynamite", due to its resemblance to a stick

of dynamite with a long fuse; as well as a reference to the heat of the pepper. Since it is a

type of lumpia, it is also known as "dynamite lumpia", "dynamite spring rolls", and

"lumpiang dinamita". It also has other creative names like dynamite cheese sticks (with

the filling consisting of cheddar or even mozzarella cheese).
