- 4-5 years’ relevant experience

- Experience in project management would be advantageous
- Experience in an build environment would be advantageous
REFERENCE NUMBER - Computer literacy ( Microsoft Office) and basic administrative skills
- Must be prepared to work city wide.
FIN 83/23 Ext - Prepared to work outside normal working hours when required
- Prepared to attend continuous training to keep up with technology

ELIGIBILITY

Suitably Qualified - Participate in AI and machine learning change detection projects


Candidates with a focus on testing the analytic outcomes in the field and
implement standard operating procedures to process the required
data inspections through workflow.
- Undertake field / remote Surveys and process all survey
related data in accordance with set standards, utilizing the
necessary tools (ArcGIS, City Map, Aerial , Oblique photography
etc.).
- Ascertaining and recording the current extent, the current state of
the property structures, the current land use, and current building
use of the property.
- Utilising ArcGIS technology for spatial analysis, planning, and
allocation of work.
- Examination and verification of existing as built, record plans and
GIS.
- To manage field/remote production improvement projects
and report against agreed project plans.
- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Standard
Operating Procedures / Work instructions.
