Installation procedure

The above component will be installed in 2 areas:


1- PV structure and PV panels
To be installed within a low profile structure

2- Inverter
To be installed indoor in a room specified by the client

Notes

1- Offer validity: 2days


2- Timeline: the project will be executed within 2 days after the down payment is made in case of product
availability unless to be specified
3- Steel structure and solar panels fixation accessories included.
4- all installation undergoes European standards for installation or IEC tested and NABCEP

Warranty
1- 10 years limited product warranty for the panels in compliance with the original manufacturer’s warranty terms
and conditions
2- 1 year warranty on solar inverter And batteries in compliance with the original manufacturer’s warranty
terms and conditions.
3- 2 year warranty on batteries in compliance with the original manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
4- 5 to 10 year warranty on solar lithium batteries in compliance with the original manufacturers warranty
terms and conditions.
5- Warranty is voided when performing any modification to the system without prior permission and consent from
Mhanna Solar, including the batteries and circuit breakers.

Exclusion of warranty
Service rendered under this agreement excludes parts required because of damage caused by accident, neglect,
misuse, unfavorable environmental conditions, worked performed by other than a representative from
ENERGY MASTERS PRO or any force of nature.

Payment:
1- 80% payment on quotation confirmation
2- 10% on materials delivery
3- 10% after installation and commissioning
4- All payments to be made in USD cash

Ownership of equipment
The equipment subject to this offer will remain the property of Mhanna solar until the total amount is totally
paid
