the intricate relationship between food safety practices and business profitability
this study investigates how the rigorous implementation of food safety protocols and
surveys, observations, and financial analyses, this research finds that buffet restaurants
that prioritize and effectively execute food safety measures not only reduce the risk of
foodborne illnesses but also enhance customer satisfaction and to gain profitability.
