Project Background
The proposed project is Catering Services, which refers to a service that delivers food to a
client's location, and may also cook and serve it on site. Catering is a dynamic and vibrant
industry that plays a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experience for various events and
gatherings, ranging from weddings and corporate meetings to social celebrations. However,
before embarking on a catering venture, it is crucial to conduct a thorough feasibility study to
assess the viability and potential success of such an endeavor. Feasibility in catering refers to
the comprehensive analysis of various factors that can influence the establishment and
operation of a catering business, ensuring that it aligns with the goals and objectives of the
entrepreneur or organization.
The location of this project will be in Carranglan which also known as Kadanglaan, it is one of
the first-class Municipality in the landlocked province of Nueva Ecija, Philippines. It has a
population of 43,396 people according to the data given by the municipality. This represented
1.84% of the total population of Nueva Ecija province. It is the province’s (Nueva Ecija) largest
municipality in terms of land area. Carranglan is politically subdivided into 17 barangays
including Baluarte (now R.A. Padilla), Bantug, Bunga, Burgos, Capintalan, Digdig (now called
Joson), General Luna, Minuli, Piut, Puncan, Putlan, Salazar, San Agustin, T. L. Padilla Pob.
(Barangay I), F. C. Otic Pob. (Barangay II), D. L. Maglanoc Pob. (Barangay III), and G. S. Rosario
Pob. (Barangay IV).
This project is to determine the feasibility of starting Catering Service in municipality of
Carranglan Nueva Ecija. This aims to acquire information for a proposed business in order to
gain a clear rationale of basic factors in marketing which includes the strength and
wweaknesses of such venture. As well as, the opportunity and threat that is presented by the
environment.
This feasibility study serves as a vital tool in decision-making, providing valuable insights into
the market, financial aspects, operational requirements, and potential challenges that may
arise within the catering industry. By examining these critical factors, prospective caterers can
make informed choices, mitigate risks, and optimize their chances of establishing a sustainable

Proposed Project Name
THRELJ catering is a services that serves in the community. THRELJ catering offers
creative, colorful, and unusual food. The project proponents decided to name the business
"THRELJ". The first letter of the project proponent's name served as inspiration for the company
name. T for Thristan, H for Harold, R for Renia, E for Ellen, J for Jolina, and L for Liezel. The
proponents made the choice to utilize it as a representation of their close ties and shared kinship
as well as of everyone's equal inclusion in the company name.

and home address. The proponents are all Filipino and currently taking up Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration major in Marketing Management at Nueva Ecija University of science
