1. Introduction
Introduce the project along with main theme/idea of the project. Also,
mention its significance/application in the context of industry application, security
issues, and services to humanity etc.

2. Problem Statement
Write a comprehensive problem statement of the project. It should clearly
state the goal of the project.

3. Objectives and Deliverables of the Project


Mention the key objectives/issues you are going to address in the project in bullet
form.

4. Beneficiaries
Mention all the sectors that can be benefited with this project

5. Block Diagram
Draw the block diagram that should encapsulate all the blocks/components
to mitigate the requirements of the tasks set.

6. Hardware Involved
Mention the list of hardware (which costs more than 500). Also, distinguish
between the plug-n-play and designed components. In case of off the shelf
modules, please state their tentative acquisition date.
