1. Disclosure under section 3(2) of THE AADHAAR (TARGETED DELIVERY OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUBSIDIES, BENEFITS AND SERVICES) ACT, 2016:
I confirm that I have been residing in India for at least 182 days in the preceding 12 months.
2. I hereby give my consent to share my identity information and supporting documents with government agencies for the purpose of
verification of information as a prerequisite for generation/updating of Aadhaar.
3. I understand that my identity information may be provided to an agency only with my consent during authentication or as per the
provisions of the Aadhaar Act and its Regulations. I have a right to access my identity information (except core biometrics) following
the procedure laid down by UIDAI.
4. I hereby confirm that the information/documents submitted are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and at any point of time if any of
the said information is found to be incorrect/fraudulent/false legal action may be initiated against me, as per the provisions of the Aadhaar Act,
2016 (18 of 2016) and, Regulations framed there under and other applicable Acts and Rules, etc.

Keep your Aadhaar always updated for enhance ‘ease of living’. If your Aadhaar was issued more than 10 years back and has not since been updated, it is highly
recommended that the supporting documents (POI/POA) are updated for continued accuracy of demographic information.
*SMS shall be sent to Indian mobile number only. In case Foreign mobile number linked with Aadhaar, message shall be send through e-mail only.

District, Sub district and VTC shall be auto fetched based on the PIN Code
selected. C/o Field is part of address only and does not require any
documentary support.
Kindly note that the Aadhaar letter will be delivered at the given address
only.
HOF based HOF based enrolment shall not be available for Resident Foreigners.

Resident and the Aadhaar operator to ensure that the documents
submitted are as per the list published by the Authority from time to time.
Resident Foreigner ‘Resident Foreigner’ means an individual who declares having a valid
foreign passport with valid VISA/LTV/OCI Card to stay in India and has
resided in India for a period or periods amounting in all to one hundred
and eighty-two days or more in the twelve months immediately preceding
the date of application for enrolment and also includes citizens of
Nepal/Bhutan & Tibetan Refugees residing in India.
