Ritesh: Good evening everyone!!

We the alumni relations are happy to host the alumni speak


series, ‘Margadarshan’. The core meaning of margadarshan session lies in the “ when lost at
crosswards there is no better way to find destination than to take guidance from someone who
has already been there” The margadarshan sessions provide a platform for open discussion
between alumni and present batches to understand what lies ahead in the corporate world.

Alumni are the powerful asset to an organization. It helps to build and maintain a strong
community of supporters and advocates and provides valuable resources for networking and
branding.

The theme for today’s session is – Beyond comfort MBA Success with agility and networking.

Which means- Achieving success in an MBA program goes beyond just being comfortable; it
requires agility and effective networking.

Neerja: It gives me immense pleasure to welcome our 1st speaker, Lokesh Kumar Kethreddi from the 01
batch. Currently he is working with Amazon. Where he joined as the Quality Specialist and then rose to
the position of senior quality specialist.
He has a diverse experience of working with 8 Government departments (Central & State) with roles
spread across Professional Consultant, Young Professional, Research Assistant, Intern for
identification of short- & long-term problems and provided appropriate list of solution/s and route
map (wherever needed) across the domain/s of Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Branding,
MIS, Data Analysis, Price Negotiations.

He was also a Research Assistant at IIM Lucknow.

During his time at IIM Jammu, he was a Founding Member of Prayas the Social Responsibility
Committee (SRC) and he is also a Member of Executive Council for IIM society. It is truly a
pleasure to have you here with us sir.

Ritesh-Allow me to introduce Madhumanti Banerjee, a distinguished member of our 02 batch.


Her journey in the professional world commenced as an Associate Consultant at ITC Infotech.
Subsequently, she transitioned to the role of Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, where she
dedicated three years to her role. Afterward, she embarked on a new adventure at TCS as a
System Engineer.

During her time at IIM Jammu, Madhumanti made notable contributions as a member of the
Disha committee. She pursued her major in marketing and actively participated in the Marketing
Club. Her summer internship experience was gained at Castrol India. Notably, she secured a
coveted position as a Product Manager at HCL Technology through campus placements.

Currently, Madhumanti is excelling in her role as a Business Operations Manager at Comcast.


Her remarkable achievements also include being awarded the Bronze Medal for the MBA Batch
02.

It is with great enthusiasm that I stand before you today to extend a heartfelt invitation to both
our esteemed alumni. Your journey from these halls to the heights of success has been a beacon
of inspiration for all of us.

Your accomplishments have not only brought pride to our institution, but they also
stand as a testament to the education and values imparted here. We believe that your
insights and wisdom can ignite the passion of our current students and guide them on
their own paths to greatness.

Today, we humbly request you to share your knowledge, experiences, and lessons
learned as you navigated the realms beyond these walls. We are excited to hear your
stories, both the triumphs and the tribulation. Okay sir, now the stage is all yours.

Neerja: We would now like to open the floor for a Q&A session. If anyone has any questions for our
speakers, please feel free to raise your hand.

Unfortunately, we're running out of time, and we'll have to wrap up this session. But before we do, we'd
like to give our heartfelt thanks to our speakers, Lokesh Kumar Kethreddi and Madhumanti Banerjee ,
for sharing their valuable insights and expertise with us.

We'd also like to thank our audience for being here with us today and for their active participation in
