My Teaching Philosophy

As a teacher my teaching philosophy are simple as it is. I

never thought that I became a teacher in Thailand for 7 years
and being a teacher here is very challenging specially
teaching students that who are not using English as their first
language, their native language is very different from English.
As I started teaching here, I was struggling and I don’t know
what should I do, and then, as the years past by, I understood
the teaching techniques and the things that I should do to my
class through experiences and seminars or trainings. As I am
starting my class in the room first, I always throw new words
before I start my class for 10 minutes second, I always have
energizer in order not to feel sleepy in my class third, is to
motivate them to learn the language moreover, I also, call
them through random call after the discussion so that,
everybody can participate in answer and questions and to
boost their confident in the class and then lastly, I let them do
worksheet.
Some of them are really hard to control but there are
techniques that I applied when that student not paying
attention to my class and just play or talking in the classroom,
I set rules in order to control them. As teacher we also need to
dress professionally so that, students will look at you as a
professional ideal teacher.
