Login to Application by Using the URL, UserName and Password. These details will be provided by the DBA in Organization.

One Account is required to create the New User or Login to the Application.
Once Login to the Application we will see the responsibilities in the Left side.
Navigation to the User Form:

System Administrator ResponsibilitySecurityUserDefine.


Oracle User Form will be Open As shown Below. About the Fields in Oracle Forms.

1.Manadatory Fields (Yellow Colour).

We must supply values to Mandatory Fields.

2.Optinal Fields(White Colour).

We may or may not supply values to fields.

3.Non Editable Fields(Grey Colour).

Application will not allow to supply the


Values.

Note: All these fields are same type of


colour in throughout the Application.
Supply the Values Username and Password as you wish and save the Changes.

As soon as saves the changes one message will display bottom of the Application as shown below.
User Information will be stored in the FND_USER Table.

SELECT * FROM FND_USER WHERE USER_NAME = ‘CERUS_PROJECT’;

Attach the Responsibilities as show below to the User and save the changes.
Logout from the application (where you login with default Username and Password).
Login Using your User (which you created in the Previous) and click on apply button.
Application will prompt to change the password as shown below and click on submit.

Now your Login Information will be

Previous Username/ changed Password.


Once you Login to the Application you will see the previously attached responsibilities.
