requested, an official transcript which is enclosed in an envelope is provided to the student or delivered to the desired address.
One academic year consists of two 16-week semesters, including the period for final exams. Summer semesters may be offered within the
scope of an academic year.
The credit value of a course consists of all of the weekly theoretical course hours plus half of the weekly laboratory, practical, studio, practical
application and other similar course hours.
Courses coded 100-499 indicate undergraduate courses, courses coded 500-999 indicate graduate courses.
Courses marked (*) are courses that have been repeated and therefore deducted from the CGPA.
Courses marked with the letter (R) are courses whose grades for the semester have been finalized following a
resit exam given to students fulfilling the requirements specified in the concerned regulation after the final
grades for the semester have been announced.
Credit hours with (+) indicate courses counted from another program and are included in computation of CGPA.
Credit hours with (-) indicate courses not included in the program and are not included in computation of CGPA.
