SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY under Doc. No. 16 Page No. 04, Book No. CII, Series
of 2017 notarized by ATTY. PROVIDENCIO A. ABRAGAN JR., of legal age, Filipino
citizen, married with residence at Brgy. Inalad Siaton, Negros Oriental, Philippines and
do hereby name, constitute, and appoint RACHELL F. MACAJELOS of legal age,
single, filipino with residence at Wellington Residence Brgy. Tres Cruses Tanza Cavite to
be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us in our name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To process, appear, sign, pay on behalf of the said grantor the transfer of
property name from ALFREDO MACAJILOS to RACHELL F. MACAJELOS
