Dear Sir,

Good day.

We are all aware of the ongoing outbreak of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), and the City of Butuan
has recently declared a new quarantine classification of General Community Quarantine with
Heightened Restrictions. Although the situation continues to evolve rapidly, we remain fully committed
to pursuing our wedding event in a safe, diligent and reasonable manner under the current
circumstances. We must recognize, however, there is a strong likelihood that we will encounter certain
delays as a result of this pandemic.

With all due respect and humility, we are asking for your approval to allow us to have a Religious
Gathering on October 15, 2021 at The Pavilion, High Ceiling

Below are the specific details that we promise to adhere on during the said religious gathering:

 VENUE: The Pavilion, High Ceiling


 NUMBER OF GUESTS: 80 pax only, including our suppliers. This is at 30% of venue capacity.
Attached herewith is the Guest List for your perusal.
 FOR DINING PURPOSES ONLY with no program but just the following:
 Dance with Parents and Couple Dance at 1 minute each
 Speeches of 2 Parents and 2 Principal Sponsors at 1-2 minutes each
 3 minutes Cake Slicing & Wine Toasting
 2 minutes Thank You Speech of Couple

However, if the above will not be allowed then we will not do any of them.

 CHAIRS WILL HAVE A 6-FEET APART DISTANCE BETWEEN EACH OTHER IN THE VIP TABLE AND
GUEST TABLE.
 Round tables for the guests will only have 4-5 seats as compared to the normal 10 seats per
table
 FACE MASKS & FACE SHIELD WILL BE WORN AT ALL TIMES BY EVERYONE IN THE VENUE except
during dinner time. We promise that once done eating, face masks and shields will immediately
be worn back.
 ALCOHOLS & SANITIZERS WILL BE PROVIDED IN EVERY TABLE.
 TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN BY THE VENUE SUPERVISORS BEFORE GUEST CAN GET INSIDE
THE VENUE.
 ONLY THE NAMES ON THE GUESTLIST WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY. MOREOVER, GUESTS WILL BE
ASKED TO BRING THEIR VACCINATION CARDS OR BARANGGAY CERTIFICATES, if need be.
 STRICTLY NO KIDS AND SENIOR CITIZENS
 Immediately after dining, everyone will be asked to leave and we promise that there will be no
group gatherings that will stay long in the venue.

Once again, we promise to adhere on the protocols stated above. We are also very willing to adhere on
any additional protocol or requirement you may ask of. We will be waiting for your positive response.
We hope you can reconsider with grace and kindness. Thank you so much and God bless you and your
