Observe When at a playground, family event or in 3 hours


your day-to-day life, observe a situation
where you notice a child not participating
in activities with other children. What
barriers to inclusion could you identify
(e.g., a group of children not playing with 
another child because they have a
disability)? What effect might this have on
the person/people being/not being
included? Why? Note down what you
have seen.

Discuss With another person (such as a family 2 hours


member or friend) discuss what you
witnessed during your observation and the

notes you took and how the methods
researched earlier could benefit this
situation.

Review Review your assessment requirements for 3 hours
