    1) A 43-year-old male presented with a history of head injury and giddiness and underwent a brain CT scan without contrast. 2) The CT scan found idiopathic basal ganglionic calcifications but no evidence of hemorrhage, infarct, or extra-axial collections. 3) The brain structures were otherwise normal and there was no obvious abnormality or evidence of midline shift detected.
