    DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Deed of Assignment of Rights is made and executed by and between

    LOURDES L. NATIVIDAD, of legal age, Filipino citizens with residence and postal
    address in ATDRMAM Subdivision., Brgy. Real, Calamba City, Laguna, hereinafter
    referred to as the “ASSIGNOR”.

    - In favor –

    ANTONINO L. NATIVIDAD, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to MIA RAQUEL D.


    NATIVIDAD, with resident address at No. 1195 Ipil-ipil St., Brgy. Looc, Calamba City,
    Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the “ASSIGNEE”.

    WITNESSETH:

    THAT, the ASSIGNOR is the registered owner of Gasoline Station situated in Brgy. Mamatid , Cabuyao
    Laguna under TCT No. 060-2012023663, granted under Kapasyahang Panlungsod Bilang 006-2015,
    issued by the City Government of Cabuyao on January 19, 2015,

    THAT, the ASSIGNEE is the true and legitimate owner of the aforesaid property situated in Brgy.
    Mamatid, Cabuyao Laguna under TCT No. 060-2012023663, wherein the said Gasoline Station is located.

    THAT, the ASSIGNEE wants to construct a simple residential house within the aforesaid property

    THAT, for in consideration of my trust and confidence to ASSIGNEE, I do hereby transfer, cede and
    convey unto my assignee all my rights, interest and participation in the said gasoline station.

    THAT, the ASSIGNOR hereby warrant unto said ASSIGNEE peacefull ownership and possession of the
    same.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affix signatures this __________________ at
    Calamba City, Laguna.
