GENERAL GUIDELINES IN USING THE ICT LABORATORY OR THE E-CLASSROOM

For Teachers:
1. Subject teachers who will be using the e-classroom for their classes must
inform the ICT Lab In-charge one (1) week before to block the schedule.
2. Subject teacher will fill in the E-classroom Log Sheet with list of students who
will use/borrow units from the ICT Lab. Template will be provided by the ICT
Lab In-charge.
3. Subject teacher must give a copy of E-classroom Log Sheet to the ICT In-charge
on the scheduled date and time.
4. Subject teacher must make sure to log the students and assigned device in the
ICT Logbook or in E-classroom Log Sheet.
5. The subject teacher must account the borrowed units upon check-out.

For students:
1. Students must sign in the E-classroom Log Sheet provided by the subject
teacher.
2. Students must submit their IDs upon receiving the assigned unit.
3. Upon return of the units, the students will sign again the log sheet.
4. Any problem encountered in the units must be reported to the teacher and
recorded in the logbook immediately.

AGREEMENTS IN USING THE ICT TABLETS & EQUIPMENT

We pledge to follow the-classroom agreement and show that we are positive digital
citizens.

1. We leave our bags in our classroom or outside the ICT Lab.


2. We sign in the logbook or submit our IDs upon entering the room or borrowing
computer units.
3. We only use our assigned tablet and workstation.
4. We make sure our hands are clean before using our device.
5. We hold our tablets with two hands whenever we can.
6. We keep food and drinks away from our device.
7. We plug our device in when we are not using it.
8. We keep our password private.
9. We only visit websites and apps for learning.
10.We wait for teacher’s permission to download apps and upload files in the
device.
11.We report immediately any problems encountered
12.We return the tablets turned off and in good condition.
