Have your company strategy in line with the Performance Management initiative Follow a clear methodology (see annex for predictable methodology eliminates risks) Your blueprint is vital; spend enough time on it! (see annex for inputs that drive the to-be blueprint) Planning and consolidation is a process. Have it identified! (see annex for BPC process flow example) Get your data sorted out (both actuals and historical planning/forecasts) Size your hardware correctly Think big, start small
