Role of youth in the development of Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata
By the theme of essay which is role of youth in the development of Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata, here I want to share the current economic condition of Pakistan that what is going on Pakistan like unequal distribution of wealth, some region of Pakistan creeping alone, tribal regions suffer a lot and paid heavily, high inflation rate and unemployment rate and high taxes as well so this was a bit economic condition of Pakistan about which we all are fully aware and these all things are happening due to bad political structure in Pakistan. At the moment if we can expect something from someone it will be none other than the youth of these regions .They are ready to offer sweat and blood in this critical prevailing situation but they should be encouraged to come forward to offer a helping hand to this regions .Youth of Pakistan is very large and it is great gift for Pakistan by which they can achieve whatever they desire. Lets move to the main theme of essay that how can they perform their key role in the development of Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata ,as we all know that people of Khyber
pukhtoonkhwa and fata consists of large number of youth and they have the natural tendency and potential to make their contribution for these regions to grow them up but why Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata regions are again in a massive trouble this is because of war of terrorism which has greatly influence these regions, before 9/11 the condition was very suitable for businesses, trade, industries but the incident ultimately deceased each and everything and condition of these regions were going so many worst that nobody could managed that well ,the people of Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata have given a lot of sacrifices but in reward they have only received drones attack, suicide attacks etc and that is the main reason that the youth of Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata has just pushed back their education and always in desire to get their revenge from those who has destroyed their family and relatives so by having these all we believe that everything need proper management and that can be only possible if everyone is fully educated so for this we need excellence in educational institution which can bring these changes and have the capacity to give more than enough as for as youth is concern if they have the opportunities to get education from those institution so they can make the difference so for better education sector government has to take some bold steps in order to promote quality education in Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata . Now days we all are aware about the fact that what is going on Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata the person who is not capable of performing
ones job so he/she might performing that which ultimately damaged the condition of Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata ,if we look around the world so we will see that the education has a key role in the development of any country because without education no one can perform efficiently and effectively and with education they can play a significant role in the development of the Khyber pukhtoonkhwa not only
economically but also by morally and practically. They have to clear the differences and objections of people and make their efforts to grow Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata and fulfill the basic needs of the people which are below the poverty line. And also adding the comment of Shabana Fayyaz, lecturer of Quaid-e-Azam University said that The best investment under current scenarios would be empowering the youth. She added that We are surrounded by multiple crises and we cannot meet these challenges without an active participation of the youth as a catalyst of change. By encouraging male to get educated in Khyber pukhtoonkhwa there must by an encouragement for the female to get educated because male and female both have the capacity to make their contribution towards the betterment of any region, I believe that our demographic situation provides our young with an extraordinary opportunity to compete in whatever sphere they chose. We have an opportunity to turn our very large and very young people into a productive asset. That could contribute significantly to the economic growth and poverty alleviation. Both the government and society must
join their hands or this nation-building task and concentrate on protecting the emotional and physical health of the youth, their skillbased education, and provision of recreational facilities, employment, and above all incorporation of self-confidence, motivation and courage to move forward. We have to improve the staggering toll of literacy in tribal belt. We should bridge the existing gap between tribal belt and the rest of connected regions in order to have full communication channels with them. So by using the key role of youth in the development of Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and fata the government has to get some useful steps so by encouraging the youth they will be showing their better result.
