Dear Sir/Madame,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important
event that will significantly impact the students' schedules and their ability
to attend regular classes. As we approach the celebration of the Buenavista
National High School founding anniversary, we are planning a field
demonstration as part of our festivities, scheduled for September 18, 2023.

This field demo holds great significance for our school community, as it
showcases the talents and skills of our students while commemorating our
school's history. In preparation for this event, students will need to engage
in intensive practice sessions and final preparations from September 11 to
September 15, 2023 from 8:00-4:00 P.M.

Understanding that this practice period coincides with some of your planned
classroom activities and quizzes, we kindly request your support and
cooperation in the following areas:

Excused Absence: We kindly request that you grant the students an


excused absence from your class during the specified period (September 11-
15, 2023) to allow them to fully participate in the field demonstration
practice.

Rescheduling of Activities and Quizzes: To ensure that students do not


miss out on vital classroom content, we respectfully request your assistance
in rescheduling any classroom activities, discussions, or quizzes that were
initially planned during this period. We aim to minimize the disruption to
the students' academic progress and allow them to make up for any missed
assignments.

Communication and Collaboration: We encourage open communication


and collaboration between you and the students to facilitate a seamless
transition during their absence and make arrangements for catching up on
any missed coursework.
We understand that your commitment to the students' education is
unwavering, and we appreciate your dedication to their academic success.
Your support in accommodating these requests will greatly contribute to the
students' overall learning experience and the success of our founding
anniversary celebration.
We kindly request your timely response to this matter so that we can make
the necessary adjustments to the students' schedules and coursework.
