IMPROVEMENT PLAN
FOR SY: 2021-2022

DATE : November 4, 2021

1. The Department of Education through the SIP has continuously strived to


empower schools to address issues in basic education. In line with this, the
Department of Education releases its guidelines on the “Enhanced School
Improvement Planning Process” to provide standards for the improvement of
the delivery of basic education services.

2. Thus, our school will conduct the Orientation on the ESIP on November 7, 2021
at the SBM Office at exactly 1:00 p.m after our Foundation Day Program.

3. The activity aims for the participants to:

a. Gain an in-depth knowledge on ESIP Appraisal guidelines.


b. Enhance their skills in designing the enhanced school improvement plan to
ensure an appropriate and relevant school plan to improve performance.

4. Participants to this activity are all teachers, GPTA Officers, Barangay Captain and
PTA Officers, 100% attendance is expected.

5. For the information and guidance of all concerned.
