Name of the person 1 level down from the manager looking at the worker's row. For example, if CEO < VP

row, the column would display "VP". If you are signed in as VP and you are looking at the Manager's row,
the column would display "Director". This column helps higher managers determine in which manager's
Direct Manager organization employees belong.

Grade Job
Grade Change Date Effective Start Date of the worker's grade
Grade Code Grade Code associated with the worker's grade.
The number of levels away the worker is from the highest level manager in the hierarchy. For example, in
Hierarchy Level this hierarchy CEO < VP < Director < Manager < worker, the VP is 1 level away, the worker is 4 levels away.

Job Job
The worker's worksheet manager in the primary hierarchy. Name of the compensation worksheet owner
who is responsible for allocating compensation to eligible workers. This person is commonly the worker's
manager, but doesn't have to be. The Worksheet Manager can be changed for individual workers for a
Primary Manager specific plan/cycle from the Administer Worker page.
Primary Worksheet Manager - Two Name of the person 2 levels higher than worker. For example, if CEO < VP < Director < Manager < worker,
Levels Up this field would display "VP" if looking at the worker's row and "CEO" if looking at the Manager's row.
Reassigned By Name of the person who reassigned the worker to the current manager's worksheet.
Reassignment Date Date on which a user reassigns a worker from one manager's worksheet to another manager's worksheet.
Review Manager The worker's worksheet manager in the reviewers hierarchy.
Secondary Manager The worker's workshset manager in the secondary hierarchy.

Years in Grade Number of years the worker has been in a given grade.
Years in Job Number of years the worker has been in a given job.

SALARY INFORMATION
The difference in the worker's current salary and new salary expressed in the plan frequency. For
example, if the plan frequency is "annual" and a worker is paid an hourly rate of $10.00 and received a
Adjusted Salary - Change Amount $1.00/hr increase, this column would display $2080 ($22,888-$20,800).
Worker's current base salary converted to the plan frequency. For example, if the plan frequency is
"annual" and a worker's current pay is $10/hr, this column would display $20,800 (assuming 2080 hours in
Navigator --> Person Management --> Compensation --> a year). If the plan frequency is "monthly" and a worker's current salary is $60,000/annually, this column
Adjusted Salary - Current Manage Salary --> Annual Salary would display $5,000.
Plan frequency in which adjusted amounts are expressed (i.e.. hourly, annually, monthly). This brings all
salaries to the same frequency when there are hourly, monthly and annually paid workers in the same
Adjusted Salary - Frequency plan.
Worker's new base salary after a salary adjustment is given, converted to the plan frequency. For
example, if the plan frequency is "annual" and a worker is paid an hourly rate of $10.00 and received a
$1.00/hr increase, this column would display $22,880 ($11*2080, assuming 2080 hours in a standard work
Adjusted Salary - New year).
Adjusted Salary Factor Multiplier used to convert a worker's base salary to the plan frequency.
The difference in the worker's current annualized-full time salary and new annualized full-time salary. For
Annualized Full-Time Salary - Change example, if a worker is .5 FTE and is paid $10/hr and received a $1/hr increase, this column would display
Amount $4,160 ($45,760 - 41,600).
Worker's current base salary converted to an annualized amount. For full-time workers with an annual
salary basis, this column will equal to their new base salary. For workers whose FTE is less than 1, this
column calculates the worker's salary as if the worker worked full-time. For example, if a worker is .5 FTE

annual salary basis, this column will equal to their new base salary. For workers whose FTE is less than 1,
this column calculates the worker's new salary as if the worker worked full-time. For example, if a worker
is .5 FTE and is paid $10/hr and received a $1/hr increase, this column would display $45,760
Annualized Full-Time Salary - New ($11*2080/.5), assuming 2080 hours in a standard work year.
Factor used to multiply a worker's base salary to convert it to an amount expressed as if for a full-time

Worker's proposed salary as a percentage of their current (or proposed if a proposed grade exists) grade
Salary Range Compa-Ratio New range midpoint. Salary at midpoint is 100.
Salary Range Decile - Current Grade range for the worker's current grade divided into ten equal parts. Decile 1 is the lowest.
Salary Range Decile - New Grade range based on a worker's proposed grade, divided into 20 equal parts. Decile 1 is the lowest.

Currency Conversion Rate - Component 1 Currency conversion rate for the worker.
Effective date of the award. This is the salary start date for salary adjustments and the element entry start
date for lump sum payments. Enable this column and make it updateable if managers enter each worker's
Effective Date - Component 1 effective date. Or display it in read only mode to display a predefined date.
Eligibility Status - Component 1 Displays if a worker is eligible or not eligible for the component.
Worker's pay used to determine compensation allocations. May not equal current base salary due to
