    - Fill in all information and submit with your registration form with fee by mail OR visit our website to
    register online at www.asme-eggdrop.org
    - If paying by check, please make payable to: Holston Section ASME
    - If mailing, please send to:

    - Individuals - Early Registration is $3 for each entry if submitted & paid for by March 20, 2017. On or
    after March 21th, late Registration is $6 for each entry. Payment for additional t-shirts must be included
    in registration payment.
    - Teams - Early Registration is $5 for each entry if submitted & paid for by March 20, 2017. On or after
    March 21th, late Registration is $10 for each entry. Payment for additional t-shirts must be included in
    registration payment.

    T-Shirts - For Early Registration Entries:


    - One T-shirt is provided to each Individual registration entry at no extra cost.
    - Up to two T-shirts per team entry will be provided at no extra cost.
    - Additional t-shirts may be purchased in advance for $7 each on this registration form or on the day of
    the event (depending on availability). Early Registrants, who have paid their entry fee by March 20,
    may pick up their reserved t-shirt at the registration desk on the day of the competition. T-shirt
    availability is NOT guaranteed for late registrants – payments for additional t-shirts (excludes
    registration fees) will be refunded if shirts are unavailable. Thank you for your understanding. T-shirts
    will not be held for no-shows.
