Interviews notes:
Presentation: Hello! This is Álvaro, thank you for taking the time to speak with me today, how
are you today?
Where did you born? I was born in Santiago, DR.
Tell me a little bit about you:
I am a very focused individual, no challenge has defeated me so far, no matter the cost, even if
I fall, I get up and keep moving forward; for instance, I am currently going to the gym and the
beginning has been tough, but discipline has helped me to persevere and train harder each
time, which has allowed me to see significant results in a short period of time.
Biggest strengths and weakness:
I am a very responsible and achievement-oriented person, but I tend to worry a lot about
things and try to make sure they turn out the way they are supposed to.
Talk about your previous job or why do you quit?
Here, there is a call center named UNO. I was with them for a year and a half, and it was a very
positive experience because I truly learned about teamwork and how I could develop my skills
to carry out processes more quickly and efficiently.
Well, I understand that I left the company due to a staff reduction.
Experience:
Well, I have a wealth of theoretical and practical experience in personnel selection and
recruitment. I have worked with the 12 steps of recruitment and selection, as well as what we
call "terna" here. I've conducted performance evaluations and risk assessments, and in those
practices, I have consistently achieved excellent results.
What do you know about our company?
I really appreciate your company's commitment to providing top-quality healthcare services
that are accessible to everyone. It's a very noble mission in my opinion.

I love people
I’ve got really good people skills
I like to show up on time for work
I’m a hard worker
I can be a great asset to your company.
