PCI-Express: This is a new BUS standard that wills instead PCI and AGP, and then unifies the BUS standard. Data
transmission speed highness is its advantage. Now the new version 16X 2.0 wills up to 10GB/s, and there is higher
development potential.
DIMM: Dual-Inline-Memory-Modules
SO-DIMM: Small Outline Dual In-line Memory Module.
MIC: Microphone
SD Card: Secure Digital Memory Card
CF Card: Compact Flash Card
MS Card: Memory Stick
MMC Card: Multimedia Card

I/O address, IRQ, DMA channel and memory segment.
NBC: North Bridge Chip. It is the foremost one of main board chip team, also call it Host Bridge. Often the name of
chip team follows as the North Bridge Chip. Now the popular NBC as below: P45, P43, X48, 790GX, 790FX, 780G,
etc. NVIDIA: 780i, 790, etc.
SBC: South Bridge Chip. It is the foremost one of main board chip team, and location far from CPU, nether the CPU
jack, near the PCI jack.
CPU: Central Process Unit
WIFI: Full name is Wireless Fidelity. It is the alias of IEEE 802.11b.somtimes it is called WI-FI mistakenly. Wi-Fi
is a label of WLANA. Transmission speed highness is its maximal advantage, it will up to 11Mbps. And there is very
long work distance, at the same time it is compatible with all kind 802.11 DSSS equipment. Wi-Fi is mostly about
connecting to the Internet without physically attaching your computer to anything.
RJ45: Usually reply to data transmission, it has eight pins. It often is use to network card connector.
