Requirements:

2+ years as a Software Developer in an Agile environment


2 + years of experience using C++ as a programming language
Strong experience leading, mentoring, & guiding other developers
Experience developing within a Windows environment
Overall understanding of the architecture behind interconnected software systems and how they
work together
Nice to have:
- POS/Self Service Checkout testing or implementation experience in a retail environment
- Experience with SQL or XML files

Responsibilities:
- Build high-performing, large-scale applications that enable an optimal customer experience.
- Understand requirements and develop what the clients and their customers want into products
that work
- Participate in an agile development team, implementing user stories with automated testing to
verify acceptance criteria.
- Identify and fix production defects, using modern practices to increase and monitor SW
reliability, quality, and maintainability.
- Design, modify, implement, and document software application changes.
