At the end of the lesson, the pupils will be able to:

c. count and write the correct number of the objects.

V. TEACHING-LEARNING ACTIVITIES

A. DRILL

Through ORAL RECITATION ACTIVITY, the teacher will have the pupils read and identify

B. MOTIVATION

Through “SING ALONG TOGETHER,” the teacher will have the pupils sing the “Number
and Counting Song". After singing, the teacher will have the pupils answer the questions below.

1. What was the song all about?


2. How do we count numbers based on the song?
3. What are the different ways of counting numbers?
(The teacher processes the pupils answer)
C. PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION

The teacher presents and discusses the lesson with the pupils using PPT. Q and A Strategy will
be employed to engage the pupils in the discussion.

 The teacher presents an overview of the lesson about numbers up to thousands


 The teacher will show pictures of counting numbers from 100 to 1000. to the pupils.

 Pupils tell the ways of counting numbers from 100-100.
 The teacher with the pupils discusses the concept of counting numbers up to thousands.
 Through FILL IN THE BLANKS activity, the pupils will complete the series of numbers up
to thousands.
