    Product Description

    This Pigmented Plaster Primer is almost unique water based penetrating, bonding and stabilizing Primer for interior and exterior use on powdery, friable and very porous new and weathered substrates such as lime wash, old paint, new friable or porous plaster and fillers. Once the Paint Master WB Plaster Primer has done its job these areas can be over coated with a range of Paint Master water and Alkyd based decorative products. interior and exterior use New or weathered plaster, hardboard and fibre cement walls. Powdery, friable, weathered, previously painted areas. Lime wash. Unique water based product. The Primer penetrates deep into the substrate and stabilizes it. Paint Master WB Plaster Primer is based on a resin emulsion and can therefore be diluted with water, which makes it a very cost effective product. Martin Vosloo WB Plaster Primer has a good alkaline resistance and can be used on objects where aggressive minerals are present. Once sealed can be top coated with a wide range of Paint Master Water and Alkyd based products. Excellent penetrating and binding properties. Excellent adhesion.     Always stir well before use with a flat paddle. Brush, Roller This Product is ready for use un-thinned; only thin with water if the substrate is extremely Porous Application equipment clean up is with clean tap water. Stir well before use. With brush, Roller apply a generous coat of Paint Master WB Plaster Primer to the area that needs protecting. Allow to dry 4-6 hours before recoating.. Lime wash coated walls: remove lime wash as far as possible with scraper blades and / or soft wire or hard fibre brushes but be careful not to damage the plaster. Allow to dry. Fill and seal all visible cracks Sand well and remove dust. Seal with Paint Master WB Plaster Primer White Available in 1, 5 and 20 litres.
