PRIVILEDGE
Hyper Pulsed RF microneedle system
Repeated hyper pulsed RF energy selectively
works on abnormal blood vessels and
strengthen the basement membrane.
Accurate and Powerful
Hyper Pulse Effect
Sylfirm uses repeated short pulses that specifically target
abnormal blood vessels. Remodeling basement membrane
and dermal rejuvenation that positively influences on redness,

What is basement membrane?

The basement membrane is the very first skin layer made from the embrya and essential part of the skin that acts as
a nutrient supply to the skin. The aging of the skin is started from losing elasticity with the weak basement membrane.

Pathologic Study
Reduction of senescent cells is associated with improvement of pigmentation. Clinical photographs of participants at
baseline, 8wks and 12wks of microneedle fractianal radiofrequency treatment, showing gradual improvement in
pigmentation. Changes in the number of p16 INK4A-positive cells and expression of prodollangen-1 and melanin
pigmentation in lesional skinafter RF treatment. The scal bar indicates 200µm.
